Founder & CEO
Ogunna O. Njoku
Founder and CEO, Optimus Strategies LLC
Ogunna O. Njoku is the Founder and CEO of Optimus Strategies LLC and an experienced strategy, transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement executive with more than 20 years of experience across management consulting, financial services, government, defense, technology, engineering, and complex enterprise environments.
His professional experience includes leadership and consulting roles with Deloitte Consulting, IBM, Fannie Mae, Citibank, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Lockheed Martin. His career has focused on helping organizations solve complex problems involving strategy execution, enterprise transformation, process improvement, technology, risk, governance, organizational performance, and change.
At Fannie Mae, he led an enterprise process excellence capability supporting more than 150 transformation initiatives and generating more than $10 million in annualized savings. At Deloitte Consulting, he served as a Specialist Master leading complex transformation and technology-enabled engagements, helping scale a major engagement from approximately $250,000 to more than $5 million.
At Citibank, he served as a Transformation Director supporting enterprise business process and operational resiliency transformation across Corporate Actions, Custody, Billing, and Asset Services.
Ogunna holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management. His professional credentials include Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, and SAFe certifications. He has also completed Microsoft AI Transformation Leader training.
